SIDECAR Scales measuring the Impact of Dementia on CARers
SIDECAR is a questionnaire to assess the quality of life of friends and family caring for someone living with dementia. It includes Scale, Scoring and a value set.
SIDECAR is a questionnaire to assess the quality of life of friends and family caring for someone living with dementia. The questionnaire comprises three separate scales: Direct Impact; Indirect Impact and Support and Information. All items within the scales are scored using a binary AGREE / DISAGREE response format. The time frame reference for the questions is TODAY. Scoring is included, as well as UK general population utility values.
